It's a RED LETTER Day!!!!!!!!

I did it!  I'm merely overweight instead of obese!


It's been over 20 years since I was this weight.  Feels good.  I ran in this morning and jumped on Jeffrey, pinned him in the sheets and told him how happy I was.

Life is really sweet!
