Amber's mom and dad have a bedtime schedule that includes getting ready (sometimes a bath), singing a song, reading scriptures, reading a storybook, hugs and then she is put in a sleep sac with a pacifier and goes to bed. In this house, she has two different pack n plays - one for night in her own room, and one for naps in her parents closet that is dark in the afternoon. Andrew and Briona have set up their offices in different rooms of the house. Amber loves running from room to room and down the hall.
Her sleep schedule is amazing and wonderful as I watch them put her to sleep and she goes down quickly and mostly quietly. Every once in a while Amber doesn't want to go with the flow - but usually she is tired and happy to go to bed. Life is good.
