Waiting

Underneath the MTC gym in the garage is a big pile of carpeting on pallets. It has been delivered to go into the temple when the renovations begins in January. I heard through the grapevine that the old carpet is ripped up and burned before the new carpet it put in.  I thought about the why and what that would mean and if it sounded true or not. I do know that the furniture, plants and sometimes the paintings find new homes.

Meanwhile everyone gets to edge past the full garage until work begins.There is nothing like living in the dungeon. Whenever something gets renovated the left over items end up in this garage until they are given new homes. We have seen some really fun stuff - including beds, toilets, bookcases, computers, printers and much more.  This is where we picked out our re-purposed potted plants for the clinic.
