Zebras by the hundreds

On the lookout for giraffes, we drove through hundreds of zebras and antelope mingled in. The numbers of zebra and antelope showed me why the lions and leopards were doing well. We saw hundreds of zebras but it was the cute babies that caught my attention. They were usually playful an had brown markings rather than the usual black. Adorable!

The herds on one side of the valley were relaxed and grazing. Over the hill the animals were alert and wary. We came up to a jeep that was watching a pair of lions that were resting from their mating efforts. The animals all around were watching to see what the lions would do next.
