Look who I ran into at the Area Office. He wouldn't let me get close which is too bad as I really wanted to show you how cool this bird is colored. Too bad I didn't have a zoom lens at the moment.
He looked like his entire plumage was this blue that was shiny in the sun. He was entirely turquoise blue.
