When smoke gets in your eyes

 

Surrounded by family, going in and out of the house. Roasting hot dogs and marshmallows, eating watermelon, strawberries, and blackberries with a few peaches thrown in. This is the summer life!

Regg brought over his array of fruit and the children dived in. We had supper outside though it seemed free ranging and we smelled campfire smoke on everything for a couple of days. I love it all!

Then the kids came in to play Opa in battleship and act out charades. Yes, life is good!

Dad's taking care of the fire and cleaning up --- well, talking mostly:)
