Sunday

Easter Sunday at our house

We have been getting little presents from somebodies - cookies from the Kruse family (Kim) and this rock from somebody else. I don't know if we missed anything else as the lawn and sidewalk have been full of construction. We did find some notes - were they left?

We went to Pleasant Hill Adams church and listened to Julia sing!

The Sacramento Adams and the Pleasant Hill Adams came to the Concord House to eat lunch after listening to Julia sing in church and their Easter message. All the children got coloring pages for conference, crayons, and candy - even those not from their ward!  Afterwards they assembled to listen to Opa give an Easter Sunday message. The emphasis was on the resurrection and how that impacts our lives individually.

Then it was the Hunt

It's nice having cousins to help with the hunt. I love these kind of days because I know they do not last long. Somewhere between 10 and 12 years-old the egg hunt becomes blasé. I love having little children in the house.
