We had a great night with four of the young women who came despite Back-tp-School activities going on. The presidency of the class had decided to make chicken pot pies to be frozen and eaten later. The recipe was found online here : Mini Chicken pot pies
The recipe was easy to follow and we just added corn and yellow potatoes to the mix. The fun part was watching the girls put on the lattice crust.

Sister Johnson and I took Ella home as her mother was at the Back-to-School activities. It was a fun night and I am excited to see what we do another time.
