We were all together in Ireland. Susan had spent quite a few weeks finding and securing a bus and guide to take us around Northern Ireland. When we got off the ship we looked around for our bus. It was a big one! It has Susan's name on it, so we knew we were at the right place.
As we traveled along we found our guide was more on the Protestant side than the Catholic side in the "Troubles". He explained how tough it was to get an education and get ahead after the "Troubles" because they were on the losing side. When I asked if Ireland was religious, he said no, so I'm thinking it is a more political label. He took us to Lady Mary's house. He explained that she wanted it to look good coming up to her home and so a grand avenue was made with trees on both sides up to her home. Now it has been used as the Dark Hedge in the 'Game of Thrones'. Too bad none of us had watched it. Apparently lots of movies like Star Wars film in Ireland.
The boys were really helping the sisters out on this day. Donna had her own troubles walking.

Then we were on the road again. We stopped to see a very big historic house on the edge of the ocean, but we were on our way to the Giant's Causeway, so we only looked at it from afar for a few minutes before we drove on.
