Our guide wanted to hurry us back on the bus - but many were stuck inside the castle. She fretted and counted heads wondering what to do. Jeffrey was happy as he'd had two hours to explore. Both of us agreed that is not enough time to discover what was in and by Blarney Castle - note for another time.

I made no mention to anyone that the missing persons were from our group. Those who were handicapped by strains, and muscle problems had gotten stuck in the castle going up and down and could not move quickly. Finally all was back as it should be about a half hour late.
As a result we drove around Cork without stopping at the shopping center she wanted to drop us off at - all I could think was thank Heavens for that. I really like Amazon without any crowds or quick choices.
Our tour of Cork showed up a protest going on. It made me wonder if the "troubles" were actually over. But I didn't see anything except a mass of people.
