I ran out of spray oil and grumped a little about the mess of spreading oil or butter around pans. Eugene came up with this great spray bottle that shoots the oil around the pan just as well as the can. Have I told you how creative and ingenious these Ghanaians are? They can find a solution for everything --
except poverty.
We have a "little Costco" which is actually Badia Spices that sells Kirtland brand items. It is so nice to see familiar ingredients, one of which is the spray oil cans. But sometimes they are available and sometimes not. So it was really great that Eugene could figure out a solution that works - and can be refilled.
