In order to meet in person we needed to have a zoom link for those who stay home and we needed to cover Covid protocols. We found it extremely difficult to get the technical details working for some reason. Some cords just didn't work, or the projector didn't work.
It was so nice that Jacob came in and disinfected the whole room and tables and put up a bouquet of flowers in the center of the tables. We were told to sit in every other chair.
A total of six women showed up. Some of the ladies were concerned about the fact that we couldn't have the air conditioner on because it does not have filter capabilities for taking out Covid particles.
It was fun to see people in person!
But.....the ladies in the room heard everything in twice about 3 seconds apart. Those on the zoom call had everything close and personal. We were about 12 feet away from the discussion leader and I had to strain to hear what she was saying.
It looks like we will be another few weeks going back to the zoom link.
But, who knows.....we may be on to a good thing.... in a little while.
