The Gambia branch had a service project

When Jeffrey was in The Gambia, he talked with some ladies that were going to have a service project at a hospital. The project was just an idea at the time. I followed up and expressed an interest in helping out with their project with my young women in our ward. Faith and Bella Kilcorse were the only two who actually helped out.  The ran a lemonade stand and gave their proceeds to the branch members in The Gambia's hospital project.  Andrew and Jeffrey donated money also.

I was touched that these girls would show compassion on people they had never met or seen. When I sent the money and the girls best wishes, the bishop of the branch sent his thanks and a picture of the ward.

A few weeks later, the girls again set ups lemonade stand and gave the proceeds to The Gambia branch.

On Saturday, the 27th of May 2023, the bishop of The Gambia branch sent some pictures and text about their project.
