The eggs from the Ekow Sam Egg Farm are delivered by an Egg Delivery guy and come on Friday - expect when they arrive on Thursday or Saturday early morning. It is so nice to get big fresh eggs in flats of 30 for only 60 cedis (that is about $4 for almost 2 1/2 dozen!) Anyway it is lovely to have them delivered and then find them fresh and wonderful. In fact they do not wash them. They come straight from the farm.
With all the banana bread to be made, this was really nice to get them on Friday.
