Primary Win today

Today was Easter, Conference back in the States, and April Fools day (along with Caleb's birthday). Lots of things going on!  I had asked a special prayer for today as I wanted it to go well. For several reasons it did. 1 Quite a few children were gone because of the Easter Vacation, 2 No treats were allowed in Primary - no sugar crash, 3 The Lord just helped us out, 4 Sister Lorraine took all the Junior Primary and ran them around the Gym one time.

We have been having a little trouble with some of the girls making exclusion clubs and this is a hazard as so many new members are joining our ward. (I didn't picture any of the trouble-makers)

So I had prepared a special power point on what Jesus Christ's love looked like - and what it doesn't look like.  After going through Jesus Christ's life in the little booklet, I talked about what a tremendous gift this was for us and then showed the powerpoint. Then afterwards the music was a game where the music is played and a box is shifted from hand to hand in a circle until the music stops. The person holding the box describes something they can say that shows love, or what they can do that shows love. It looked like it was a really effective day - we'll see if the little clubs stop or not.

I'm looking forward to Friday as it will be another Activity Day. I have to iron out all the details.......
