Jeffrey had been talking about some Isaiah and Christ at church on Sunday with the Wilsons. They decided to have a Family Home Evening together to discuss the ideas further. Since I planned to be gone part of the day, I decided to use Briona's bean chili recipe as it is easy and fast to put together. At least the way I make it. Originally it is a crock pot dish that cooks during the day. I do have a crock pot but not the right adapter for the plug on it -- someday I'll be able to use it.
We did get together for the night and everything was ready when they got there - Kudos to me for cleaning up quickly and getting everything on after all my other guests went home for the day!
Krysti and Ross Wilson are knowledgeable, smart, and lots of fun to be around. She brought delicious fruit with her. I am glad we got together for dinner. I forgot to take a picture while they were here - so I went downstairs and said I needed a picture. Laughing they posed in their apartment.
