Watching my grands as little babies and then as toddlers, children and pre-teens, I have often been inspired to write a book for beginning readers using the children as the subjects. There are many books out there for colors, numbers, sight words, and opposites. One book idea would be In and Out.
Amber is in the box, Amber is out of the box. Near Far, Happy Sad, I could do them all with pictures of the baby she is now for later when she is starting to read.
